While this might not help you a great deal with regard to the shocks, just going by the color of the shock boot I would guess they are either Rancho's or Skyjackers, but, then again they could be a generic shock with a red boot. If you can wipe off some of the dirt off of them and find a part number stamped on them somewhere and post it that would help.

My TTB suspension is limited, but judging by the front springs they may be a 2'' leveling coil, but that's purely a guess on my part. Hopefully someone more experienced than I will chime in.

What I see is a coil spacer, maybe 1"-2", and some longer coils. The shocks are as mentioned above. Show some pics of the radius arm to frame attachment, and please turn the pics right side up.
The rear maybe 2" more spacer than stock:icon_confused:

I have found two numbers on the shock could one be the part number

H70559

C077vim

Going by part number H7055* (not sure what the last digit is for) they appear to be Skyjacker Hydraulic 7000 series shocks and if I'm reading their catalog correctly they used that shock in a variety of suspension kits:

https://skyjacker.com/images/files/502_shocksandstabil.pdf Page 187.

Looks like they used them on their 5'' -6" and their 7"- 8'' kits for 83-97 Rangers and similar year Bronco II and Explorers 91-94.

How would I know which shocks to purchase is the skyjacker shocks different with hight of the lift , should I take the shock off and measure ?

go HERE and near the top of the page is a shock application PDF, I would get the shocks for 3" lift in front and 1" in the rear, stock the Rangers come with a 2" block, yours look like 3"...

Okay so the fronts are h7055 and the backs are h7073

When I took the front shock out to measure it it had no resistance at all it was as the shock was just floating there and when I extended it it did not retract ?

Scott I don't think those will work the extended length of the shock that came off was 22" and collapsed was 14"

Yeah, that, now seeing the radius arm drop plates that's most likely a 6" lift, with the first picture it just looked like coil spacers (haven't been under my Ranger in a while), don't go too long on the shocks, I went for 8" lift shocks and they're on the verge of being too long, I haven't bottomed them out but I'm using all of the up travel I have before damage...

Shocks should take pressure to compress, not retract by themselves, think about it, when they are extended the shock shaft is outside the body, when they are compressed the shaft is inside the body, the extra volume of the shaft is now compressed in the body, which is why there's more than just oil in shocks, have to have something compressible... if there's no resistance there isn't any oil left...
