front prerunner bumper:500-1000 rear+tire carrier: 300-650 fiberglass fenders and bed:1000 camburg suspension: 1600-9800 tires:400-500 plus lights interior and whatever else you want......lots of money

Thats one way. Or you can go a budget route if you have some skills and can weld decent.

Look into some companies budget performance type kits, not a big amount of travel but you can do a lot with proper valved shocks and springs/torsions. Longer shackle in the rear to bring the back end up and increase the travel a bit, try to fit a longer shock with some hoops or something in the bed.

Tube bumpers don't make a vehicle a prerunner, but they do help with the look I guess. Just build them yourself, I learned to weld in an hour with my Dad and we built the bumper on the truck in my avatar. You can build a simple tire carrier too, shouldn't be too complicated, or you could just strap it down.

You already got good enough tires so don't even worry about that, 31's are a good size too. If you want fiberglass just do the front and it should be about 300-400ish, then just pull the bedsides and trim the back quarters if you want. You don't need super expensive lights either, Hella 500FF's are decent priced and good and bright too, just put on two driving and two fog or whatever other configuration you want.

You could even run stock suspension for a while with some decent bilstein 5100 or something like that.

Well I can weld and would have no problem building a bumper and roll cage. A friend of mine has a bender so in all the I would only pay for the tubing and welding rod. I'm actually planning of getting rid of the fabtech kit sooner or later and replacing it maybe with stock again and make it a real project (the truck came with the kit). I got 4 KC's that I'll be mountin. I'm gonna look into some budget kits.
