thanks! Just taking my time made it come out pretty nice..what took the longest was pulling the carpet off and sanding down the glue.

Man that looks sweet! Should have taken step by step pictures and made a tech article out of it. I'd love to do something like that to my door panels.

BTW, the bottom lip of my arm rests is warping out. any idea how I might fix this? Are they replaceable? Other than that my door panels are in great shape.
