Ok so I made a post last night about thinking that my rear end was out. So i should have grabbed a flashlight and atleast looked at it but I didn't.
I looked at it this morning and the driveshaft and the rear end arent lined up... that bangin i heard lastnight was the u joints slappin together....a few months ago my dad was movin my truck and didnt disengage the parking brake and the back brakes work really well and it jacked the rear end up so I think maybe it just slipped out of the u bolts around the axle...I know I need some pics up of it and I'm gonna put some up in a few mins, just wanted to know if anyone else has had a similiar problem. ill put pics up soon

I pulled down on the driveshaft and it straightened it out... so do I just need to tighten up those axle bolts???
A couple of those u bolts are broken so I just need to get new ones....sorry for posting and then figuring it out....I was to hasty to post on here lol...I'll update though

So anyways two of the ubolts are broke...one on either side and I was just wondering its possible to jack the whole rear end of the truck up to swap the old ones out with just one jack and some blocks??
Do I absolutely need another jack or is there some spot I can get the whole thing up with just the one jack
Sorry the pics are so small I dont know how to make them any bigger

Put the truck on jackstands (jackstands on the frame) and a jack under the rear pumpkin. Take the u-bolts out put new in. Done

First, take full sized pics. I want to see carnage.
