actually the pics are a 2010 2.5 Fusion Duratec, yep 4cyl.. see the extra tabs on the left cam? they're for the VVT cam sensor.

the slot in the rrear of the cams is 6mm. it's a precise fit.
cams plus substitute tool, wrong tool but you get the idea.
