Long movie. 2 hours 50 minutes.
Went to the 10pm movie and left about 1:15am.
Makes a lot of references to and shows clips from past movies. All of those movies are supposed to lead to this one.
It has Nick Offerman (proud Kamala man) and a black female president, so I guess they expected a different election result when filming. Let's just leave that there and not get into presidential politics. In her defense, the actress played the CIA director in the last movie.
A computer virus has infected the internet and turned the world against each other. Interesting concept considering how much the i ternet and media has divided the world in real life.
If you saw it, what did you think?
I for some reason can't form an opinion. Didn't dislike it, but don't know that I can say it was the best MI.
It reminds me of the Fast & Furious franchise and the feeling that they've gone to far and can't get anymore out of it.
It is interesting to see how much some of these characters aged in real life over the MI lifespan.
