well i was at the autozone the other day and saw this wheel spray paint stuff. i really like my stock BII wheels and when i get bigger tires and a lift, i plan on using them. the silver on them is VERY dirty due to the fact that it hasnt been washed in i dont know how long and it sat for a year or so.

i used a wire wheel on my drill to clean it up real nice. it really worked on the silver part, it's much shinier. then i sanded down the grayish part and painted it. i have another stock wheel laying around and i wanted to get opinions before i did the rest of them. i'm not sure if i like it, i think i should have done a flat gray. thanks for the thoughts.

I kinda like it, actually

think i'm gonna get some flat gray, if i can find it, and paint up a wheel with that to see how it looks.

i do need to clean the polished parts too, the wire wheel just gets the grime off it.

very clean simple change always seems to prevail

Don't paint the polished part...take your time and polish them up, use sandpaper if you have to, working your way up in grain...then clear them.

oh no, i def dont plan on painting the polished part. i ment i would take a spare wheel and paint the darker parts flat gray.

i think there is something missing in the pics tho. i looked at them in the sun this morning and it just doesnt look right to me. we'll see what happens after i polish up the silver

Looks good! I've got those same wheels on my ranger. Till I put my new ones on. Then I don't know what I will do with them yet, I might put the 30's on them and save them till I do a lift?

i'll drive over to knoxville and take them off your hands
