what 99 ford ranger or any other year ranger coil springs will fit on my 95 ranger and how much of a lift will it give my 95 ford splash 2wd 2.3 4 banger

I did a quick look at summit racing and they list 93-97 as the same part numbers. If you have a true Splash, getting stock height coils will lift you 1 inch. You'll probably gain a slight bit more though since your old springs have probably sagged with age.
