Hello my truck is a 94 ranger with a 2001 5.0 and wiring. it has a m5r2 stick and bw4406 transfer case. my trucks speedo wont work and is throwing a speed sensor code and if i understand right it can have an impact on how it runs, and it likes to pop under a load but starts, idles, and revs great. The rest of the gauges work fine. I had looked at the wiring under my dads 97 explorer and thought that i had extended the right wires for the sensor but i may have made a mistake. Also, the sensor is new. Is there anything that needs to be jumped from the shift position sensor plug other than the neutral wires? I do not have abs hooked up at all however i have all of the components just did not feel like running all new lines and getting a new master cylinder but if this is an issue i have no issues installing it.
