Ok here's the deal...
I have been throwing around the idea of building an entertainment center for my living room but have no clue how I want it to look. I do not want it to be a built in as I will be moving from here in a few months
I do however know that it must be able to fit up to a 55" T.V., PS3, Wii, Cable converter, Sony A/V controller and a few other components. I would also like to be able to run a couple of large case fans out the back to keep everything nice and cool. Any ideas will be welcome and if you have pics that would be awesome.

Oh and it also needs to be able to break down easily for when I move...

If you are moving...why bother?? Wait until you can afford it, Bro.

I hung a 92" pull down screen and projector from the ceiling and stuck a folding table under it for all the electronics - total cost was about $1,000.

It's easily removed and portable, although it's a bit huge.

I threw away the TV and screwed a projector to the ceiling. We just shine it on white paint and it looks great. It's like being at the theatre. We use an old Gateway with a new Soundblaster card in it and have a Polk 470watt 12" sub, Kicker speakers hanging in the corners with 3x 2-channel amps--120watts for the front channels and 40 for the rears.

It's inexpensive, requires no entertainment center, and people on the screen are larger than life. It really is like being in the theatre--the screen is the size of the wall and the sound is gigantic. I wouldn't own another TV after having this projector. We play Ninetendo on it as well. The gateway I have (827GM I think) had a TV card in it but I took it out as we don't do television.

All you need is a ceiling, a computer with a decent sound card, and a spot on the floor for a sub cabinet. I have the amps stacked on the sub. These amps are pretty cheap--search for Pyle Pro. The come in all sort of sizes. They don't need any features because the soundcard does all of that.

The projector I have was $500, and the sub, about the same.
