who makes a 2" body lift for a 99 standard cab ranger? i looked at PA and i didnt see one. i want a 2" because i dont like the look of a 3". any input would be great, if i cant find one i guess ill have to build one.

For a 2" you'll either have to make it your self, buy the blocks and bolts separate, or buy the 3" and cut it down.

Check eBay for body lifts, I want to say that I have seen two inch kits from PA on there before.
