Ok big time 4x4 noob, anything I know about them is what I have read on here.
Well last year I bought a BII with a 3in bodylift, the front tires were not sitting right, sorta pigeon toed, tops tilted in bottoms tilted out, my dad just told me to buy some new coil springs, mine still had the old stock ones on and they soulda put new ones on with the body lift. So I bought http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SJA-132/Application/?prefilter=1 with a 1.5 in lift. Now after some more reading I guess I soulda bought stock ones, bodylifts don't effect shocks or springs.

Can i get away with putting these on? I have 31in tires bushwacker cuts out so I dont need any more space. The front alreaddy sits a little higher than the back due to flat leaf springs

Well seeing as I have em I feel like doing something with them. If I put them on what will it effect other than lifting it 1.5in? If I put them on I would need to get front shocks made for 1.5in lift right?

you dont have to, your stock ones can stretch a bit. but if you off road it a lot, i'd probably get longer ones so you dont over stretch them. you can get shocks that are made for 1-2 inches of lift from a few different websites.
you will need to get it aligned, otherwise it would sit like this \\-//

f150 coils give you about the same lift and they dont require much modding if any. I would invest in some newer jy leafs and a set of lowering shackles to balance it out though.
