yes my dad always told my brother first when he got his lisences and same with me, if i am driving a shitty vehicle that i dont want and is falling apart, while someone is farely close behind you, slam on my brakes an get rear ended then say my neck hurts. say i slammed on the brakes cause i seen a cat crossing the road or something but ill get some money to buy another truck lol

thats bullshit man. i hate to say it, but if you werent so worked up and hot headed, the cop prolly woulda been more sympathetic and wrote the guy AT LEAST the following too close ticket. im not saying you shouldnt have been pissed cuz believe me! i would have prolly done the same thing you did if i were in your shoes! it just goes to show you that its a cruel world and some things just arent worth your precious time.

I wasn't worked up when he got there. I had about an hour wait with my daughter in the truck.The officer got out of the car with an attitude, like he was pissed for being called when there was not a lot of damage. The first thing he said was," I hope you didn't call me out for this." Really? Sorry my bumper isn't hanging off or my daughter and myself don't have whiplash.. Maybe we could let em hit us again while we're at it.....
The officer was a douche and he knew it, and he knew I knew it. You see my father was a law enforcement officer his whole life including a TN State Trooper for 8 years, so I know a little bit about how troopers are supposed to act as public servants which the are, however most of them have forgotten that because common sense and respect have been replaced with stupid procedure and attitudes. I was respectful but at the same time I don't put up with incompetence either!

i still do this except i wait for the girl that is too interested in her phone or the guy with the gansta lean that thinks his 10 dollar car is the shit and runs up on me like hes in a rocket... see in my F150 which is my DD i take it slow cause damn gas is expensive... so if one of these idiots is following too close i slam the brakes on and hope they hitt me hard... cause i really want a motorcycle and i can always find bumpers for the truck...

You should have told the cop you need a police report for your insurance company. I had some poor girl rear end me a couple of years ago and neither of us had damage but I still needed a report for the insurance company. It was more to protect my butt then for insurance reasons.
