ok so about 1 year ago i bought my '95 Ranger and it came with brand spank-me new "motorcraft" shocks at all 4 corners.....and THEY SUCK:annoyed:
the fronts rebound too much and the rears are Fords "super duty" shocks (white) and they are way too friggin stiff.
So basicly the fronts are too soft.
The rears are too hard.
So my question is can someone request a happy medium(not too hard, not too soft).
I also have the skyjacker (132x) leveling kit in the front if that matters, and the truck is an ext. cab.
Please help:D:icon_thumby:

All I can say is my ProComp shocks are stiff as hell in the front and the ride is very harsh. Don't try those. I'm about to buy some new ones next week. Good luck.

Monroe Sensa Tracs or if you want a little stiffer for off-roading, Monroe Reflexes.

Bilstein 5100s

Doetsch tech makes some pretty sweet shocks, too. They make a twin-tube shock, dt3000's which look to be pretty decent. They also have monotubes and do custom and rebuildable applications as well. I'll be getting some dt3000's here pretty quick. Also (like 4x4Junkie has pointed out), Bilstein makes some kick-ass shocks.
