I got anew apt!

ok So everyone knows or should know that my landlord let my place foreclose 11 months into my lease. Sux, right? Well Im finally in my new apt. Its a 1br in west knoxville, and I only paid 350.00 to move in. INLCUDING PET FEES! Yea I can bring chloe with me. SO Im stoked right now. Electric is on and water, and everything I need for less than 500 bux and its only 6 sumthin a month.....think lower 6 sumthin. Awesome. Finally I can ditch some of my stress.

Its funny you mention this. I had let the power and water be turned off at the old place for almost a month now to avoid spendng the money. So I been cleaning where I could. When I signed the paper, I told everyone I was gonna have a shower party! LOL (well everyone female)

Thats less than what i pay lucky 549 a month that includes pet and garage. plus i pay gas, water, and electric comes out to almost 700 for a one bed room. working on getting a house around may when our lease is up.
