That's because they've probably bee discontinued for years... The last genII was built over 20 years ago.
If I had to guess they are either Bushwacker extend a fenders or Warn 4x flares.

That was my 89 STX. I bought them at a Ford dealer parts department right after I bought the truck new in 89. They had a Ford part number but I don't remember what it was. I doubt very much if they are still available but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

They are still on the truck but I don't own it anymore. It belongs to a co-worker now.
