My new lights came in today

From door step to truck in less than 30 minutes -

Made up for a day at work.

Thanks everyone - tomorrow I am pulling the grille and cleaning it, sanding it and will shoot it black . . . now I just need some red LED for the headlights to give it an evil look - LOL

glad you chose black over the chrome ones, it ties in the black strip above your grille. i think it will look even better with the grille mesh painted black.

I found it on a site that had LOTS of animations similar to that one, even a 4 banger and V-8. But I had to pay for access to download the items. http://www.animationfactory.com/en/

just get a set of strobes out of an old unit down at the station ... if you want a set of red headlight strobes let me know and i'll check out my goodie bag here at the house. i have blue ones in mine and they look awsome with my dash flasher.....

UPDATE:

I took my grille out yesterday, cleaned it, sanded it, primed it with a galvanized/aluminum primer shot through a touch-up gun, then 2 coats Krylon Glossy Black. I will see how that holds up, if it is short lived, I will go to the paint shop and get something better.

Here is a pic, a bit close but you can still see it all . . . I will have to take her to Glamour Shots for a better pic soon . . .
