I bought the wrong ball joints

Title says it all. I ordered the wrong ball joints. The joints I bought are for a torsion suspension. And I need the ones for a coil spring suspension. If I return them I'd have to pay shipping and a 20% restock fee. My question is : can I just buy an upper ball joint with control arm instead of using the weird looking control arm for the torsion suspension. And just use the same lowers and the other upper that I originally bought? Heres what I bought.

Can i just buy the correct upper I need to replace the weird lookin one and still use the other upper (thats in the above kit) and the lowers (that also in the above kit)
