I am an idiot!!

I recently installed mountaineer seats in my ranger and some other parts from it. I disconnected pos and neg battery cables to connect in my seats. For the last couple days ive been trouble shooting my truck as to why when i turn key on engine off everything turns on as normal, but when i turned engine on half the time it would kill the electrical. Well i went to check my new cables running to pos and neg terminals and Boom. I didnt fully tighten the POS cable and it wiggled loose. stupid me. guess its better then being the idiot who puts pos to neg... ohh god id just start cutting myself up with a razor blade if i did that. Just figured id post. I mean when a new problem arrives first thing i think, "What Changed recently?". that is the best way to troubleshoot most problems when they arise out of nowhere, or seem to. Its always helped me, in every aspect, from hey my chest hurts, maybe its your new medicine. bam. solved. It almost works in every aspect of life.

that reminds me.......I get this bad pain......but it goes away when my wife leaves the room.....makes me think the A/C filter needs changing....I'll update when I solve the problem...

Fits right in with my theory that it's always quieter to just go ahead and do what they say......less stressful......etc.

It's funny my wifes been hinting towards a ring and I've been hiding the fact that at 5pm today before college I go to pickup the new wedding and engagement ring I got her. Her brothers on 3 separate occasions almost ruined it. She was on comp looking at rings yesterday and her brother walks up and says what are you looking at. She says rings, he replies "what from Billy" I pretended I didnt hear it...

I've been happily single all my life but I still hear voices telling me what to do...I've discovered I'm the worst nag and I should have married someone who could yell louder than the voices in my head...that way I'd have someone else to blame when something screws up...
