Hubs Years and Options

Hello everyone,
Winter is upon us and I would like to get my 4WD hubs working. I have a 94 4.0L 4wd that has had bad hubs since I bought it years ago. I am always wanting to buy new hubs but they are quite pricy. I have been looking around and I have found a couple ok deals for newer year ranger hubs. Will the newer ranger hubs fit my 94? If so which years? If not, what is incompatible about them? If it is something like the newer year rangers having a different sensor or somthing maybe I can make it work.

Also, as a last resort. Is there any type of kit out there that would either rebuild my hubs or lock them into 4WD permanently?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Manual or auto locking hubs?

89-97 rangers with the D35 front axle, and all 91-94 explorers will work just fine.

Contact AllanD on here, he usually has a set for sale for $90 if i remember right, with the conversion nuts
