Hubs or differential not working?

Today we got snow for the first time this year. I decided to take the ranger out for a little ditchbangin. I got about 300 yards up the trail and i decided to stop and lock it in 4. I locked in my hubs, pulled it into 4 low (t-case working fine) and all thatll spin is my back tires. I locked and unlocked a few times and tried all kinds of things. So i had my dad pull me out and i drove home. Tried in the driveway to get it goin. Feels like my left side hub might be a little loose. But it worked 4 days befor no problem. Im gonna pull my hubs off but any ideas? Thanks

I had one of my hubs in my bii that wasn't engaging and was no turning the front end. pulled it off to find it was full of old grease and dirt pulled it apart cleaned it and regreased it worked find
