hub and disc removeal

I have taken the locking hub off and nuts and lock nots in the outer ub and the outer whell bearing. I can only get the outer hub and disc to move about 1/2 inch. Am I missing another snap ring? Nothing on the shaft. Shouldnt the hub come off of the front disc. This is on Dana 44. Year I dont know for sure. Told 78

the hub and rotor come off as one unit.

There are two nuts on the spindle. I am guessing that if you got the outer bearing out that you got both spindle nuts off.

If that is the case then the hub rotor assembly should slide right off. Sometimes you just have to pull on it kinda hard to pop the seal out of the back of the hub. Usually the inner bearing will stay on the spindle also.
