How's my set up?

i know it was mentioned before...but if ya wanna save some $$$...get some springs from a 4 door Explorer from the JY ( is pretty easy to find some low mileage ones )....

the Ex has some more leaves than the Ranger for the extra doors, glass, and tailgate....so in a Ranger are great for haulin' stuff ( i know i do )....as well as give you about 1-2" of lift....

the brackets can be had off Ebay or wherever cheap enough to replaced the rusted up ones....

good luck....

X2 That would be a cheaper way and just as good.

Yeah that package online seems pricey i agree with the explorer leafs in the and use the money saved to buy some 2" lift coils that way you know that they are in good shape the stock ones will sag just like leafs and also make your life easier and buy a set of adjustable camber bushings that way when you get it lined up you know it will be dead straight and not roast your tires.

X3

Junkyard Explorer springs ($50-150), new poly bushings all around (radius, body, shock, spring eye and pivots; $140-200) and Skyjacker 2" coils ($75-120).

worst case, NO HAGGLE:
$150, Exp spring packs
$120, 2" Skyjacker Coils
$200, all new poly bushings
$470

Then if you can't clean up those brackets and bolt them back on, EBAY them.
