just got me a 84 ranger. 4 popper 4 speed 2wd.:headbang: not sure if its getting a turbo or a 302. and it was only 300 bucks......

Welcome to TRS~!

Whatever you decide, it's probably been done before and you can find helpful information on here...check the cab and frame over good before doing anything though...there are a few helpful posts and guides on frame restore...
