Detroit FD didn't know that their ladder truck was overhanging the tracks.Thank God the injuries were to a minimum.The locomotive crew could have easily could have been killed.Needless to say 600k firetruck was a total loss. Here comes the flurry of lawsuits!
 
what a bad train driver, he could've easily swerved and missed it

the only time trains don't have Right-Of-Way is when a train comes
to a SHIP crossing.

In that case the train is in a world of hurt.
