How to Verify Mileage

I am trying to verify mileage on a Bronco 2 truck I bought for parts. The speedometer says 53,000 miles. Can anyone run a car fax for me? The vin number is 1FMCU14T6LUA55542. I don't want to misrepresent the parts that I am trying to sell. The reason I think the mileage is correct is that the engine compartment is clean, almost no wear on the gas or break peddles. Door hinge pins are original and doors align perfectly and shut like new. I would appreciate any other suggestions on how to verify mileage. The pictures are why we needed to purchase a parts vehicle.

Ohh, okay, i know about where that's at. So whats the story with the ranger? Looks like a shadow bed, is it on hinges? hydraulic lift or what?
