How to remove flywheel spacer on OHV???

Hey guys, my remanned '99 4.0 OHV didn't come with the flywheel spacer on it. I removed the flywheel from my old engine and I'm not sure how to remove this spacer to swap it to the new one. Is it pressed on? Thanks for the help!:icon_cheers:
 
Got it...hit it with a soft rubber mallet, nothing. Pryed on it ever so lightly with the claw end of a hammer, she popped right off like nothing.
