Was wondering how to install the cruise control unit from one truck into another? Both are 1990 but one is a manual and one is an automatic. What components do I need to switch the non cruise control to cruise control?

Dash harness, and cruise module, steering column, CC servo under the hood. If they are different engines you will need a CC servo for the correct engine, since as far as I can tell the throttle cable can't be replaced on it's own. You will probably have to do something about the vacuum dump valve too. It mounts to the pedal bracket, which will be lacking the hole on the recipient truck.

Ones a 4.0 and ones a 2.9, other then the cc module will all of the other parts work?

The electronic module will work. The vacuum servo is going to cause you issues. The cable for the 2.9 won't with a 4.0 throttle, and vice versa. I have tried.
