I think he is stuck with the banner in Utah.
I also think he may have missed most of elementary school.
There is also a 50/50 chance that his truck is broken and stuck in a mud hole of his making. Not sure about that part.

It seem that the banner moves better in cold weather... Hmmm... You would think it would get moving by TRSer's going on road trips this summer.
