The hole for the pass side squirter for the windshield washer fluid seems clogged. What's the best way to clean it? I thought about using a needle in the hole but don't wanna screw it up. Maybe take it off and soak it in vinegar?

I've done both. The needle might fix it and it's easy - just try it first and be gentle. The last thing you want to do is break it off in there. Soaking it in vinegar, lime-away, sani-vac etc will probably cure what ails it unless there's some crud other than lime build-up in there.

I've always just used a needle.
Make sure it is smaller than the hole.
Just don't force anything or break it off.

Use the same needle to readjust the spray when you are done cleaning.

you could try a blow gun & air. I have always just used a needle or fine wire. Greg

Drop it in a cup (or shot glass) of vinegar, it does a great job of removing build-up.

I agree with using compressed air. Just be careful not to blow the hoses apart. My Bronco II's was clogged when i got it, but some air from a blow gun fixed everything.
