how to check fuel injector?

there is power to the injector but how do you see if it is squirting fuel? I used a test light to check for power should it stay on or flash?

Is there any gas getting into the cylinder?

The injectors are batch fire on this engine, 3 fire at once, and they are grounded from 2 pins (58 & 59) on the computer to open them. They get +12v constantly. Noid light is typically used to verify the circuits are working.

You might also check the injector resistance.

Failing pulling the injector rail (which in turn requires pulling the
drivers side valve cover to access the screws...)

have you considered simply pulling the spark plug on the suspect cylinder
and cranking the engine?
