Need help. I was wondering how is the best way to break in a set of front ring and pinion gears? I know how to on the rear. Would it be the same as the rear?

Find yourself a graded dirt road somewhere (one having a few mild uphill grades is great), put it in 4x4 and drive it about 10-20 miles in 4WD. This should be plenty enough for the front gears, as they won't have to endure the continuous engine load the rear sees.
