my truck is 2 inches lower in the front now from cutting the coils and the camber is way negative, how do i adjust them back into spec? can i just make an adjustment or do i gotta buy a bushing kit or something? thanks.

With a 2 inches drop i'm not that you can fix your camber with the factory bushings, but the best way to now it, its to send it to the alignement ans they will tell you.

Buy some adjustable camber bushings. I have some +/- 3.5 degree bushings that I bought from Advance for $19.46 a piece. They also sell +/-4 degree bushings but they are $35 a piece. Napa also sells the bushings but I dont know the price. And Advance will have to order the bushings. Mine came in the same day though.

check out the "camber eccentrics" thread in the 2WD Suspensions sub forum.......it's got lots of info!!!!

.

A friend used these when he lifted his truck, I think will work for us too... the Napa part number is NCP 2643950 and they are $31.99 each.

so then i just need to go to Napa, Autozone, or Advanced or something and ask for +/- 3.5 bushings and i should be fine?

yep, and if you do any more suspension work to the front end.....all you gotta do is re-adjust the E. bushings!

:yahoo:

I did the same to my ranger, i bought the 3.5 degree bushings, took it to an alignment shop and had it aligned, now it steers fine and doesn't wear the tires out, but the ride does get a tad rougher

here's mine installed

just loosen the side bolt holding the eccentric tight, wiggle the old one out, and put the new one in, and of course align it

wish I'da invented that thang.....

im kinda confused, are you sure your suspension setup is same as mine? i looked all over my trucks spindle area and stuff and i couldnt find anything that looked like what you took a picture of.

wow like 40 bucks a piece wtf...i hope autozone, advanced or napa has what i need hopefully for less.
