When I have Max AC on, at highway speeds (2500 rpm) I hear my AC clutch click on about once every 28 seconds. I can't hear when it's clicking off, but I get a good 45 seconds of on time while idling followed by 10-15 seconds of off time. Is this normal?

That sounds about normal, yes.

If the cycling frequency gets to be less than 10-15 seconds, it could be an indicator of low refrigerant.
