How much would you pay?

I have found a 2000 Ford Ranger 4dr. Excab 4X4, 4.0, auto, 6 disc in dash cd player, but has manual locks and windows with "80,000" miles on the odometer.

The only real issues I've seen with it are that it has an issue with the inst. cluster not working properly all of the time (tach and odometer quit working sometimes) also it has a little rust between the Excab doors and the passenger compartment doors on the cab also the paint is peeled on the hood and roof all the way to primer and it needs 4 new tires and 1 new rim.

I pay out 5K. The cluster probably has a bad solder point and just needs to be replaced. Cheap cheap at the JY.
