how much paint will I need?

I am looking at shooting my B2, and a gallon seem like to much. I want to hit my door jams and at least under the hood (not the engine bay). I have an HVLP gun that I used about 9 years ago, but I used real auto paint and had a greter budget at the time.

Most likely going with a rustoleum gloss white, but I am open for budget conseous options.

I'm thinking two, three quarts, but at that point a gallon may actually be cheaper.

As far as options, have you considered tractor paint from Tractor Supply? I painted my '84 Ranger long-bed a year ago. Here's what it looks like:

how does the ford blue hold up a year later. That was my first choice but I am afraid of fading.

I'm very pleased with how well it's holding up.
