How much mileage is too much?

Don't do it, man. I paid $3800 for my '01 Ranger Edge with only 82,000 miles on it two weeks ago. (granted I've had to put about $700 in parts (I do all my own work so no labor costs) into it to make it road-worthy so even mine wasn't really a good deal.) $4000 in the US should get you about a 10 year old truck with about 100,000 miles in decent condition if you watch for a deal some.

i've seen them called 3 doors.

2 doors + 2 1/2 doors = 3!

No the 3 door is litterally a 3 door. My buddy has one. Theres just one access door
