im looking to put 38" boggers under my 92 ranger im just wondering how much lift would be needed? was thinking about going with fenderflares and use coils from early bronco and leaf springs. was thinking of getting 8.5-9" lift coils and go run 5" lift springs with 3.5" lift blocks with dana 44 and 9" or wat kinda axles and sas should i use to stand up to shit and abuse from larger tires

if you wanna run 38's and abuse them....you need Dana 60's front and rear ( or any other 1 ton rear axle ).....you could build up the 9" but for the cost to bulletproof it...just go with 1 tons...

a Dana 44 could be built up with all the chro-mo shafts and other parts...but still would be borderline with 38's....by the time ya sink all the money to be close, you would be better off and money ahead with a stock Dana 60...
