How much for a transmission?

How much would a used manual transmission cost for a 93 Ranger 2WD? I live in MD. Any ideas where i could get a good deal?

Some of there prices really made me laugh?:

80.00 for a heater core... Brand new at parts store 25.00
145-200 for a radiator... Brand new at parts store 130.00
