on avg how many times can you machine a pair of drums? Next question kind of stupid, how many times can you machine new drums over and over? I ask this cause my drums only got 7000kms and feel pulsations, just wondering how much thinner they will get after getting them machined.

There is a maximum inside diameter specification.

It's usually stamped on the outside of the drum.

whats the problem if you exceed the maximum diameter?

They will be too thin and warp easily from the heat build up from braking.

that would make sense. Still want to know though how many times you can machine a pair of drums? If I would take a guess I would say maybe once or twice.

Measure it. Theres no definite answer to your question unfortunately.

Things are never that easy it seems...

You can machine it as many times as it takes to get it down to the minimum thickness spec.
