How many seat belts in the back of a B2?

I'm assuming this is because they wedged the seat between the wheel wells? Which is why an Explorer has 3

well between the wheel wells, and the fact that an ex has opening rear doors allowing the seats to be wider. when you open the door of an ex the seat is almost all the way out to the exterior of the body, giving easily another 6" per side, that 12" total would make a huge difference when trying to fit a 3rd seat

ya know my 90 had 3. but only piglets fit back there, if there was need for a nipplehead to be in a car set you were screwed.

i figured it was done by the p.o... as the overlap didnt make sense the way the middle belt worked.

haha, mine were to for a long time. but at $75 a pop, seat belt tickets get annoying and they start to take money out of the b2 fund.... *tear*

i never drive without a seatbelt, whenever i get pulled over for a speeding or something i take my seatbelt off before the officer gets to the car

here in utah they are only $35 , 5 times now i have gotten this: " i pulled you over for speeding but i'll let you off with a seatbelt ticket, you've had 3 before when will you learn?"

then i play dumb with something like "i don;t know sir, i always forget"

and they always say something like "you better remember it will save your life"

my insurance premuims thank them

I guess I should have also said that its in the garage, not driven. The interior is pretty much stripped out, waiting on the $$ to do a body lift and body bushings before I put it back together.
I always wear a seatbelt though:icon_thumby:

i do now, b/c i wanna afford gears and lockers for the ex's axles for the b2!

i dont think you could get a 3rd person in there. unless they were all anorexic.

i fit 3 full grown men in the back of mine on a hinting trip, iv had 6 in mine before 2 guys in the front 2 girls in the backseat, and 2 guys i didnt like in the back sitting on my toolboxes

My 91 Explorer 4 door has 3 seat belts in the back but my 97 Explorer 2 door only has 2.I was surprised as the seat is wide enough for 3 people.

wait... a bronco II has back seats? i thought the back had enough room for a spare, a hi-lift and a few tools...

x2 since when did b2s have rear seats back in the tool/part storage compartment? :icon_thumby:
