How many miles on your 3.0 ?

I bought my 03 ranger 3.0 4x4 5spd with 127,000 on dec. 2008 and solid it a few months ago with 170,000 on it. Had replaced all components but sycro's in the trans, replaced the radiator, fan clutch, water pump, the front hubs twice, plugs and wires twice, coil pack one, starter, power steering pump twice, rear u-joint. I then sold it with a cracked radiator, cracked head, shot ball joints and tie rod ends, and a bad power steering pump. I gave that truck pure hell, mud bogged pretty much every week for 3 years. All in all the truck held up amazing from what all it went through

170,000 runnin better than the day it was bought. Just did head gaskets and full port and polish. Lower intake and upper too. 3 days solid work. Worth every minute of it.

3.0 mileage

My 95 3.0 now has 336677 miles. 1st trans 4r44e went out at 235k miles 2nd trand trans goofy at 336677 miles swapped a 5r44 e from a 02 in Dec. Engine service done timing chain at 195k (didnt need) was just plug wires also cam senser now needs a belt tenser. I want to fix whats needed and see if I can get to 500K Might get there in about 5 years as I drive about 30K year to work and back. Still get about 23MPG wish this engine still avalible

:icon_confused: I don't know about any one else but my '94 b3000 has over 409k with the original motor.:icon_thumby: I am on the 4th tranny looking at the 5th one coming soon.:yahoo: I drive on avg 100 to 120 miles per day.:icon_bounceblue:

just bought my firdt ford in november. 2001 ranger edge 3.0 4x2. had 198xxx on it when i bought it. i have 209800 on it now and iu love this truck. being a honda guy my whole life this truck has made me fall in love with ford. just needs more power. i modded my stock intake box and installed an mbrp off road cat back that dumps right before the rear axle. would like to change the pinion and ring gear for better acceleration and was looking at the jet performance chip, just dont really have faith in plug in performance chips.

I've got 166,000 on my 98 xlt. Still runs like a champ and starts on half of a turn even in this freezing weather.

i had 180k on my 2000, sold it to a buddy 2 years ago and its still going with over 200k now

only ever replaced the clutch and put a new serp belt on it.

94 XL with 3.0 engine. 143,000 miles and running strong. Replaced water pump, distributor, serpentine belt, the fuel input tube to gas tank, fuel line from tank to filter, trans radiator lines and a few starters.

It's official. 165,000 on my B3000. Burns no oil and gets me everywere with pretty decent mileage. And looks good while doing it ;)
