I've got an '89 B2, 2WD, Mitsubishi tranny. Been driving on some bumpy dirt roads and some of my bolts are loose. One actually came all the way out (and luckily lodged itself in the frame where I found it). I can't remember how many I'm supposed to have? I count 2 up top, 2 holding the starter to the engine and one about halfway down the tranny case on the passenger side. Anyone know how many I should have total?

My 4x4 had six, I've had that tranny out three times in the last three months

It looks like I have 5, plus the 2 holding the starter on. There are 2 holes on the tranny case, 1 on either side, that line up with 2 small "blocks" on the engine and I guess I need to put a couple of bolts in these? The small "blocks" have another bolt hole in a different side, so I wasn't sure about them.

Well theres alot of factors.
How big is he/she?
How many piercings does he/she have? Figure one bolt per piercing.
How hot is the engine when trying to bolt on said Tranny?
Ect, ect, ect.
