How does my performance compare to your's?

I am pulling codes 224 and 223 on my 1994 5 speed. Im not sure if the only symptom of these codes is an erratic and low tach reading.

I recently got 23 mpg highway (engine fully warm) and find I can shift into 5tth around 45 mph on level ground and need to down shift to 4th and 3rd for any hills. How does that compare to you???
