Having issues with the gauges I posted in the electrical forum . I just need to now how to remove the gauge cluster .

This information is first hand from a 2000s Ranger, but should still be accurate for your 95 (Same dash).

Put shifter in 1, tilt column all the way down if you have tilt.

Remove knee bolster. Then up above the cluster should be three 7mm screws that have to come out. Then the panel around the IC should pop out and you have 4 more 7mm screws to remove that hold the cluster in. Two electrical plugs to unplug, and then you will either need to remove the steering column trim to unhook the fishing line from the little ball, or squeeze the tabs at the bottom of the cluster and pop the PRNDL out, if you have an autotragic transmission.
