It seems every time I search Google for Ranger issues, I get these link farm sites that do nothing but give me a page of links!

I get link farms, "patent farms" that give me patent numbers and descriptions of patents,.... WTF!

Usually when I search on google, I am looking for a review of a Ranger product, certain issues and defects, I also search public forums. I am finding it more difficult more now than ever to find my info, there seems to be much Spam on search engines.

Is there any tricks with Google to search forums on the Internet? What are some effective keywords, I generally type what I'm looking for and put "review" "rating" or "forum" at the end to try to hit forum sites.(because reviewers can be biased, and not everything is reviewed on Amazon.com)

Use specified phrase words that apply to your search, when the link farm pops up, reword the phrases. But other than that not much you can do. I think google has an advanced search filter though

try using the hole info, instead of ranger i use ford ranger, and helps me a lot
