I have a posi I want to rebuild and thought it was an Eaton posi, but the numbers on the housing dont match the part numbers I see in the catalogs.

It looks like the Auburn posi, the springs are yellow and on the end of the housing it has EDB 38142.
Can someone tell me where to look or where to find a rebuild kit?
If it will help I can take some pics tomarrow. Thanks.

maybe these will help.

Well, I can tell you what it isn't....

It isn't a Ford Traction Lock on an Auburn.

It COULD be an Eaton or a Yukon, but...

yukon huh. I didnt know they had one i will check it out. Thanks

As far as I can tell upon further investigation, its the Eaton. Unless someone tells me otherwise in the next couple of days. I am gonna bite the bullet and order a rebuild kit.
Thanks again
