i have a complete 1976 chevy full size frame under my bronco ii, and needless to say the springs are hard as hell. how can i soften my leaf springs?

Take out a leaf maybe? Or some people swap chevy leaf packs into their rbv's, perhaps you can swap them out and replace with actual B2 springs?

i have leaf springs up front too

Extended shackles and pull a leaf. Tiny bit of lift and a softer spring rate.

You just need two pieces of plate drilled out for the front. Might need a shackle flip in the rear depending on what you've done.

A good cocoa butter rubbed in for at least an hour followed by some PB blaster.

throw a ton of dirt in the back and let it sit like that for a while. They'll either soften or break.
