How can I get bumpers like this?

Saw this in a Clist add. Says the front bumer is "Shaved". I love the front and back bumper. How/where do I get this?

They are custom

Well I can see that the back ones is. I guess I could take this pic to a fab shop? But the front one is the stock bumper with something done to it. I just dont know what.

it just looks like he got/made a pre-runner bar for it

Yeah, the rears custom and the front appears to be a stock bumper with a prerunner bar attached somehow?

he might have set the front bumper in about an inch or so and put a prerunner bar on and the back is just tubing style. it is tough to find bumpers for the rangers

I guess he just pulled the plastic guard thats on the front bumper and painted it black. I HATE 2nd gen bumpers. Funny I noticed this truck right off the bat from http://www.jamesduff.com/scripts/bronco.asp?category=bronco II&page=3 He shoudnt have started a repaint
