Hello everyone,
I'm currently looking for 2013 Ford Ranger. This is one of the biggest purchases in my life, so I need to make sure everything is fine and different issues won't appear when I start using it. Do you know where I can search for the info?
Thanks in advance,
Louis
That will be a hard find if you live in the US or Canada
North American Rangers were last built in 2011, and 2012 was that last model year.

Ford still used the Ranger name on the T6 International Ranger which is built and sold overseas, Read here:

T6 is larger than North American Ranger, closer to F-150 size, and had diesel engine options which is more common outside of North America.
It never was emissions or safety tested for use in Canada or the US so I don't think anyone ever imported them.
Plus there would be a 25% "chicken tax" imposed on imported light trucks
Talk on the street is that the T6 version will be built in North America so Ranger name may be back again, but it won't be the Rangers of old, 1983 to 2012

It will be a slight smaller F-150
Talk of 2018 and now 2019 models, lol, so just a wait and see.
If you have your heart set on a Ranger then look for a 2011 model, 4.0l SOHC engine, not many issues with that engine after 2005 and 2011 chassis was also problem free
Manual trans is, of course, less of a problem than any automatic, but up to you really, Ford 5R55E automatic didn't have any more issues than any other car makers automatics in that time frame
